Capsules: 
The robust capsules contain the same type of ìvolatileî corrosion protection as in the rest of the Zerust® packaging range.

When one or more capsules have been placed in the limited space it becomes saturated with Zerust® VCI molecules, which form an anti-corrosion layer on all exposed surfaces. Widely used in boards and electrical cabinets to protect electrical equipment, control systems, machinery and computers.

Films: 
Besides the VCI components in the other Zerust® packaging range, the Zerust films also include contact protection.
The item or items to be protected against corrosion are placed or packed in the Zerust film and a defined volume is established. Zerust® VCI molecules form a corrosion-proof layer on all exposed surfaces. Addition of contact protection to the film means that items that come into direct contact with the film are also protected even if access is impeded for the volatile corrosion inhibitor.      

Plastic packaging / bags

• Zerust® Film:
  Available in many different variants such as for example sheets, tubes or plastic film.
• Zerust® Bags:
  Zerust® bags can be used to enclose a product or apply a bag in just a few seconds.
• Zerust® Stretch Film:
  Stretch film is a secure method that packages and provides corrosion protection all at once.
• Zerust® Heat-shrink Film:
  Heat-shrink film can be used to fix an item to a cardboard panel treated with Zerust®.
• Zerust® Shrink Film:
  Provides both corrosion protection and mechanical protection simultaneously.
• Zerust® Abrigo Film:
  A high-quality VCI paper.
• Zerust® Bubble Wrap:
  Provides protection against mechanical damage and corrosion.
• Zerust® Unicon Foam:
  Provides protection against mechanical damage and corrosion.
• Zerust® Cardboard:
  Four specially designed, corrosion-inhibiting packaging.
• Zerust® Corrugate:
  This corrugate is the ideal substitute for normal corrugated cardboard as it provides corrosion protection and is also reusable.
• Zerust® Plastic Bags:
  Plastic bags that are rigid, reusable and easy to adapt to the size and shape of components.

Zerust® has also transformed the VCI effect into several different forms of liquid that are all designed to protect specific items. The idea to provide protection using liquids is based on the fundamental notion that it must be easy to clean items using a general alkaline detergent or water pressure. Zerust® offers liquid products for several production phases, from processing via cleaning to storage and dispatch. 

• Axxanol 34CD:
  A low-viscosity lubricant oil with VCI effect that can be used for all metals and is frequently used on large surfaces and surfaces that are difficult to access, such as threads or machined elements. The Axxanol 34CD product is ideal for use together with Zerust® plastic products, providing the optimum packaging solution. Provides indoor protection for up to 6 months.
• Axxatec 80C:
  This is a water-based, concentrated additive that can be used for corrosion protection of ferrous materials when diluted with water. Axxatec 80C is easy to use, fast-drying and effective for indoor storage and covered transport. Provides indoor protection for up to 12 months.
• Axxanol Spray-G:
  An oil-based, spray-on grease that provides protection. Spray-G does not set and so is easy to clean off. Provides indoor protection for up to 24 months and outdoor protection for up to 12 months.
• AxxaCoat 90:
  This is a corrosion prevention coating, ideal for protecting metal parts. Used for outdoor protection and in challenging marine shipping applications where a durable yet removal coating is required. Provides indoor protection for up to 36 months and outdoor protection for up to 12 months.
• Axxanol KMZ-417:
  A fully synthetic lubricating oil offering corrosion protection. This product provides protection against corrosion and good anti-slip properties, even when items are subjected to salt water and extremely low temperatures. 
• Axxaclean 2048:
  If corrosion has to be removed easily but with the environment in mind, we have a great, water-based product, Axxaclean, that can remove light corrosion.
