There are often climate-control requirements where the loss effect from the electronics is not automatically conducted away! 

A forced throughflow of air is created in the cabinet with ventilation components such as filter fans and circulation fans, evening out the internal temperature difference. If EMC-tight filter fans are also required, this can be achieved using specific models with EMC bronze spring seals.

The use of filter fans for discharging waste heat is an efficient, inexpensive and reliable way of optimising the operating climate for demanding electronic systems.

Fans with surface-mounted heating areas can be used in applications where condensation formation may present a problem. The LV fan range + GV exit filter range are
IP 54. They are all supplied with filter mats and packing.

Air-to-air 
For outdoor and indoor installations, Duelco offers air-to-air heat exchangers developed as  reverse-current and cross-current exchangers. This design guarantees maximum performance relative to the volume used. A very high degree of tightness is achieved due to the primary air circulation being completely separate from the secondary circulation. (IP 56)

DIN rail-mounted heating elements may be the answer to condensation problems, especially in outdoor installations.

For mounting on DIN rails or directly on back plates.

The range includes heating elements with outputs from 25 W to 800 W.

However, temperature and humidity control is also required for the function to be as desired. Duelcoís range of thermostats is adjustable from -45 degrees to +120 degrees and is suitable for mounting on DIN rails.

If the problem also involves a moisture level which is too high or too low the thermostat can be combined with a hygrostat!
