LightSite® construction

Duelco offers a LightSite concept in which the construction is lighter than traditional steel constructions without compromising on stability, strength or functional qualities.

Walls, floors and ceilings are based on sandwich elements using various material compositions: the inside uses an easy-fit covering, then there is an insulating core material, and then the outside has a robust, corrosion-resistant surface that can resist climatic conditions and the ambient environment. The four corners are constructed using strong, galvanized corner profiles as standard.

The LightSite concept has been developed especially for the IT and telecoms sector and can be fitted with climate control, lights, electrical installations, racks, etc. to the customerís preferences.

Supplied as a complete turnkey solution.

Fireproof structure

Duelco Housing Solutions offers fireproof solutions according to EI30/EI60/EI90. The combination of technical insight, systematic, practical experience and a creative approach guarantees solutions that are of a correspondingly high standard. Duelco Housing Solutionsí strength lies quite literally in the detail.

Sandwich elements make it possible to construct lightweight, high-strength technical housings. In most cases the structure is self-supporting and requires no additional bracing.

The sandwich structure prevents thermal bridges, and the elements are supplied with the degree of insulation demanded by the installation or the authorities.

ModCon® construction

Duelco Housing Solutions supplies equipment cabinets for a wide range of purposes. Our ModCon concept draws on all our experience and expertise.

The solutions are targeted in particular at power stations and industrial customers with requirements that are out of the ordinary.

ModCon solutions are customised for the task in hand, but they are usually based on the standard dimensions of ISO containers for transport purposes. The modular framework structure means that the finished solution may consist of several housings combined; in length, width and height. Duelco Housing Solutions is happy to handle the entire process in partnership with the customer. From planning and integration to logistics and site management.

Duelco Server Housing plays a key role in Housing Solutions. Server Housing is a concept designed to provide a secure framework for physical IT security. This is a highly flexible system that can be matched to the individual companyís requirements, and is offered in solutions from 2 to 50 server racks with integrated raised floors, cooling, UPS, electrical installations and illumination, racks, monitoring, etc.

Indoor - On-site 
The Indoor solution is offered for the application where the room is to be set up within or adjacent to locations that are difficult to access. The cabin is set up by our fitters in the agreed location, after which all arrangement of flooring, cooling, etc. can take place. 
Indoor - On-site is regarded as a room within a room and is available in fire classes EI60, EI90 and EI120.

Outdoor 
The Outdoor solution is offered as a stand-alone unit that stands ñ as the name suggests ñ outdoors. The cabin is supplied as a complete unit in which as much as possible is pre-fitted, after which hardware installation can start after just a week. This provides a very straightforward room with no unknown factors and a ceiling height that is difficult to establish indoors.

Outdoor - Assembly on-site 
It is possible to link together complete modules for large applications where single, stand-alone units are not large enough, after which a shared roof is established. Even enormous server rooms can be established using this concept.

Duelco has been supplying outdoor cabinet solutions for almost 15 years
Duelco has an exclusive partnership with Almatec AG from Sch¸pfheim in Switzerland, which develops and produces cabinet systems of the highest quality.

The outdoor cabinets from Almatec are all based on a strong and highly flexible aluminium frame structure. Four different finishes of wall structure can be chosen, depending on how much heat is to be led off through the walls. All outdoor cabinets from Almatec are double-walled structures, which reduces solar irradiation on the cabinet.

The air between the interior and exterior walls serves as an insulating layer. The air can also flow in from below and out at the top of the wall, optimising the heat flow away from the cabinetís surface.
